LEAD PASTOR
Eugene was born in Louisville, Kentucky and was raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. Eugene’s spiritual journey began as a teenager when he was suddenly and inexplicably seized by God’s grace. Shortly after his salvation experience, Eugene felt compelled to devote his life to pastoral ministry.
After graduating with a degree in education, Eugene married his long- time love, Kathy. God’s plan for this newly married couple included a move to the States where Eugene began his theological studies. After he graduated seminary, Eugene and Kathy moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, to be coached in church leadership. As the residency neared its end, Eugene and Randy began a dialogue that resulted in Eugene and Kathy moving to West Tennessee to begin a Fellowship Bible Church here in Jackson.
Decades later, Eugene repeatedly thanks God for planting him and Kathy in such a fulfilling place of influence.
Eugene likes to say that he’s only good at two things—leadership and teaching. Fortunately, we are blessed to have him serving in those capacities. In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Eugene is pursuing a PhD in theology from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Vann began serving in ministry as a Young Life leader in college. He has 30 years of experience as lead pastor & has served as Fellowship’s Executive Pastor of Ministries since 2017. He and his wife, Norma, have three sons & daughter’s-in-law and seven grandchildren. Vann and Norma enjoy spending time with their grandchildren & competing against each other in golf.

Randy and Susan Pierson met in High School and have been married for 38 years. They are blessed with 6 kids ranging in age from 16- 30 and 5 grandchildren. Randy is one of the Pastors here at Fellowship and has been involved since day one. Susan has served in the Women’s ministry working with young mothers and is currently teaching in the Learning Center.

He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Will and his wife, Amanda, have three daughters. Will enjoys a variety of activities from watching documentaries to training his dogs.

Ryan loves Youth Ministry! He has been working with students since 2009. He and his incredible wife, Alicia, have three amazing boys, four incredible dogs, two cats, and a whole gaggle of chickens! When he isn't doing Youth Ministry, Ryan enjoys reading, exploring with his family, and being outdoors. He feels that Student Ministry is his calling and he can't wait to meet you!

Boz has been serving as the Middle School Youth Director since 2016. He loves to teach students about Jesus and how to have a practical and meaningful relationship with Him. He and his wife, Britt, graduated from Union University, have two daughters, and love raising them in West Tennessee. Boz loves outdoor activities including hiking, field sports, and his favorite, disc golf!

Ryan loves Youth Ministry! He has been working with students since 2009. He and his incredible wife, Alicia, have three amazing boys, four incredible dogs, two cats, and a whole gaggle of chickens! While serving in disability ministry with Young Life Capernaum in Jackson, she developed a passion for ministering to high school students. She saw a need for young gals to be discipled, and has a passion for girls to know Jesus deeply and experience life change through Him. Kate also loves going on crazy road trips, as well as long nature walks, laughing hard, reading, and journaling. She cherishes spending quality time with the people she loves, including her family in St. Louis and Houston, and friends here in Jackson, Nashville, and beyond!

She and her husband, James, have three sons, Hunter, Andy and Jackson and a daughter-in-law, Arieanna.
